Happy Independence day fellow farmers! Thank you to our Canadian Friends for the well wishes I'm not knowledgeable about other countries holidays like I should be. Can you guys tell me about 150th Canada Day. Is that your Birthday as well?

Oh, belated means "late" ok, I get it now. lol, it must be Canada's foundation anniversary, like the Independence Day for us, except our country is older than 150, lol. (Or so I think, probably wrong, lol) My calendar says Canada Day was on July 1, so 3 days ago, makes sense, so yeah "Belated 150th Canada Day". Probably a big thing for Canada since it is their 150th birthday.

Yup, Canada day is just like your Independence Day. You guys have July 4th and we have July 1st. Yeah JohnDeere318 you guys are older for sure, been a while since I took history so I can't say exactly how old you are...... should of googled before I made this post lol. But yeah it was a little bigger deal this year than usual..... nothing too major for us except they had a 40 min fireworks show.... so that was cool. Where I live I have a pretty good view even though I am about 1.5-2 miles away so me and the wife sat out in the yard with a couple nice cold beverages and watched the show haha..... its kind of funny when your that far away because you see the fireworks but it takes a while for the sound to get there lol.

Canadian Confederation 1867.... so 150... US Independence 1776... so.. 241.. so in 9 years you will probably have a HUGE party !

Canada Day was so big for us that our town actually had fireworks this year. (My town only has like 650 people)
